I am an Innovative technology leader with business acumen, experienced in working throughout the enterprise developing strong relationships with executive teams, sales and marketing professionals, software engineers, and financial teams to establish realistic and attainable solutions and unified positions on current and future projects

I have launched both successful and failed products. This is odd for some to admit, however, the experience I have gained has given me the insights in building highly effective teams that deliver scalable solutions coupled with world-class service operations. I am also an active contributor as senior leader, architect, and board member.

I believe in leading by example and working ‘in the trenches’ with teams of architects, designers, and developers. I understand the pain of development and what needs to be done to be successful, but I understand the business aspect as well, and that makes me a strong leader.

When it comes to putting all the pieces of software development together, you must identify who will be using it, work with sales and marketing on how it will be sold, and determine what is needed from the financial point of view. Then you need to develop a project plan with tasks, milestones, release management, and have fluid, continuous, flexible design.

I pride myself in being able to make organizations successful through my commitment and dedication to the mission and because I understand and respect business and quickly address company needs.

I have reinvented myself several times in order to perform effectively in new technology environments and have learned to motivate teams to not be afraid of change or admitting that something didn’t work and starting over to ensure that solutions were appropriate and ultimately cost effective.
